STRESS

LOSS

BURNOUT
Burnout is a state of chronic physical and emotional exhaustion that results from prolonged and excessive stress, particularly related to work or caregiving responsibilities. It is often feelings of overwhelm, cynicism, and a reduced sense of accomplishment, often leading to a diminished interest and effectiveness in one’s life.
